Delivery

For most products we offer 3 levels of delivery:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days after your order is placed).
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (For orders placed before 3pm on a business day, next business day. Otherwise, two business days after your order is placed).
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (For orders placed before 3pm on a business day, next business day before 1pm. Otherwise, we will despatch on the next business day for delivery by 1pm on the following business day).

If your order requires Age Verification, we will only deliver using Royal Mail Tracked or DPD with Age Verification. If you order before 2pm on a business day, we'll post the same day, otherwise we'll despatch the next business day.

If your order contains one of our fabulous mirrors, we will send it separately using an insured service; our standard service for mirrors costing under £75 is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and for mirrors costing over £75 we use Parcelforce Express 48. We've included an option for a 24 hour service if you need your gift faster. If you order before 3pm on a business day, we'll post the same day, otherwise we'll despatch the next business day.

Some of our Flint & Flame items come directly from Flint & Flame; we've specified which items on the item pages. If you order knives, they are sent by next day tracked delivery with age verification, otherwise delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48; order by 2pm on a weekday for same day despatch.

If you are within 10km of Hastings we offer free local delivery for most products in 1-2 business days. A limited number of products are sent direct from the manufacturer; where we are unable to offer free local delivery this is stated on the product page.

We only charge you what it costs us to pack and post your purchases. Postage costs are calculated by the weight and size of the products your purchase.
