Returns

Firstly, if there are items in your order that are not as described or faulty please reach out to us; we'd like to make it right.

 

If you just want to return an item, just tell us you want to do this within 14 days after the day you received your order. Our Returns Form is here.

After notifying us that you want to make a return by filling in the returns form, send the products back to us within 14 days please. Unfortunately we don't refund the costs of your return unless the goods are faulty or not as described, but we will refund all or part of your original postage costs (if you paid extra for an express service, we will refund what it would have cost us to post the goods to you by our standard service).

 

We recommend using a tracked service and, if you are returning fragile items, that you make sure the goods are insured for their full value.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

We'll refund you no later than 14 days after we received your returned items.

Please note, there are a few things you can't return:​​

  1. Products made to your specifications, or which are clearly personalised.

  2. Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, like food and some natural personal care products.

  3. Products that were delivered to you sealed (such as body care and food or drink items), when you have broken the seal.

  • It's important you don't break the seal on any goods which are in sealed packaging; we won't accept a return for such goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

  • If the goods are returned damaged or in a different condition to how we supplied them, we will deduct their loss in value from your refund, up to the amount you paid for them.​​​​
