For gifts that are genuinely one-of-a-kind, then artists are always our first point of reference. Alison Purdy is a Hastings-based artist who has been crafting unique mirrors in her workshop for more than 10 years. Each one is individually handmande from a single sheet of mirror, to which she adds coloured and textured laminates, photographic images, lead linework and embellishments.

This mirror is inspired by the fishing boats that still launch from Hastings beach and will brighten up any wall with its quirky interpretation of an iconic seaside scene.
